My expirence at the hinkley branch is absolutely frustrating they started my entire account spelling my name Wrong I asked them to fix it 3 Times 2 mounths later still not fixed I have ordered a new card three times.And one one occasion they never put in the order for my card and they have spelled my name Wrong every time just got the third card in the mail. the spelling is still wrong .... And to top it off none of the ladies at that bank can spell anything right including the name of the company I work for even when I spelled it for her and put my name on the application for the account several times in plain English... Thank you very much Northview bank I appreciate the great service you provide me I love stopping in there too waste my time correcting you on your spelling errors...
