The repairs (So called) were done with used parts that don't fit correctly... my vehicle isn't as it was nor will it ever be again. If you want your vehicle to be returned to you pre damage state take it elsewhere.
Friendly and throw nice work
I hit a deer on the highway and my car was towed to Hinckley Collision with out my knowledgeable. I came home and the car was gone. Fear and disbelief were my first thoughts. A friend said that another company came and took the car but no paperwork was left not even a knock on the door. I called the company and they thought it had gone to my car dealership. It was the biggest mix up you can ever imagine. Keith's Towing took it to a Hinckley Towing and didn't even let the insurance company or Hinckley Collision know why they dropped it off or who owned the vehicle or what they were supposed to do with it. Big issue. If my friend hadn't seen who took the vehicle the car would still be missing. Kathryn at Hinckley Towing was thrilled to receive my call and handled everything VERY professionally. She has gone above and beyond to make sure I was pleased and kept informed of every step of the process of my claim. They won't be able to work on my vehicle for a month but they stopped to get a report in to my insurance company that same day so the ball could keep rolling. I will use Hinckley Towing for future use again v
