We used Tatting Methven for my mom’s funeral and worked with Ryan. He committed to following up on a particular request regarding the signing of her death certificate, but did not do so. To make it worse, he did not even tell me he hadn’t done it! If I hadn’t asked about it a couple of days later, I would never have known until it was too late. He was very cavalier about it and said it couldn’t be done; however, I made a few calls myself and got it done, so clearly it was possible – he just didn’t want to pursue it. I was very disappointed with his attitude and service.
