I stop here whenever I'm driving up to visit family and the drive through service has always been fantastic! Super friendly and personable. Best service iv ever had from a fast food place! You guys rock!
The food was fresh and tasted good. But the dining area not cleaned well. I could write the date in the dust on the napkin dispenser 10-17 Oct 2017, I forgot to put the day.
The napkins and hot sauce were neatly placed in one of those smaller bags (the kind that hold the cinnamon twist things). It was a nice touch, instead of just chucking everything in the bag!
My mom went to Taco Bell tonight for dinner and she came home and told everyone of us how great the service was. The man in the drive thru was wearing a big taco hat and he put all her condiments and napkins nicely in an extra bag inside of her food box. Not only that, but he gave her the receipt and change separate (pet peeve: when the change is on top of the receipt and then you fumble to get things in order before they give you your drink). Ultimately, Taco hat man was so very friendly that my mom told me it was the best fast food experience she has ever had and she felt like he was an actual waiter.
Waited a little over 25 minutes for our food on the way back to the cities today. We would have left but the kids were hungry. Other customers did leave asking for their refund before they walked out. The person cooking in the kitchen was working very hard but apparently they needed about 5 more Cooks. Definitely not fast food today
