Fast Internet... price is a little high
I wish I could rate this less than one star. Not a surprise that this company is only rated 2.4. I speaked to Julie on the phone while trying to set up internet in my home. Julie told me I had to pay the old tenants exceeded bill, WHEN I HAVE NO CONNECTION WITH THIS PERSON. I asked for her supervisors name and she began to harass me. Very rude!
Slow internet, Internet often cuts out, Cable Box frequently malfunctions, and Price is extremely high for service rendered.
I tried calling their "24/7 Customer Service" line once since my cable box was not working. Surprise! No one was there! I had to leave a message, and was not called back until 3 days later! All while my very overpriced cable was out.
I would definitely avoid at all costs, but unfortunately this is the only Cable/Internet provider for many people in the area.
First off, HORRENDOUS costumer service.
Very high prices for the service.
Service typically goes out 5 to 10 times a month.
