Awesome response when you aren't satisfied. Also clean and very good. I enjoy eating White Castle food but would pass on the crab sandwich.
Never usually have a problem with this particular White Castle, however my onion chips today had pieces of shrimp poppers... So, that is the reason for my four stars. But, normally superb.
My little girls can sure put some sliders down! 6 for my 7 yr old and 5 for my 6 yr old and 3 for my 2 yr old! I only had 4! Plus we shared a 20 piece chicken ring and sack of fries! That's my girls! Thanks for the great service White Castle!

Went there around bar close..it was busy due to tattoo convention in town..they gave my order to someone else and gave me double of what i ordered for inconvience...that was AWESOME...my girlfriend isnt digging my ass fumes today so im gonna stop at white castle b4 i leave Hinckley today to put the cherry on the cake for the drive back to cities!GIGGITY
