We were so happy to know that Caribou was coming to Hinckley as we passed through there every weekend well it's kind of sad because we stop in for the first time this weekend Memorial weekend and it was as we thought it would be, my daughter ordered a turtle mocha cooler they normally will put some snicker bars on top, instead they put caramel syrup and toffee, the girls said that they don't do that anymore first, of all they need to train the girls how to make coffee secondly if it's if you're going to stand by Caribou then you can you just stand by your name caribou and do the coffee the way it's supposed to be like every other Caribou we have been long time customers of caribou. I other sad thing is that Caribou always have specials on holidays and birthdays and what not and today for the memorial weekend they have an advertisement as buy one and get one at 50% off well they did not do that either they said they don't do that so I don't know about this caribou in Hinckley this going to work out. As for me I think I will continue to pass caribou instead.
I had a caramel high rise and the is no caramel flavor. It tastes like a normal mocha, witch I am not find of at all. U have had caramel high rise in many other places, and this is nothing like it. U would avoid this place, good customer service, but bad flavor.
Ive always loved caribou coffee. But my first time going to the one in hinckley was... ehh.. the caramel frappe was good but then we ordered a turtle mocha coffee and it was ridiculously sweet. So sweet that it got wasted. It was like drinking syrup. I like sweet but not that sweet.
Very friendly staff working there. First time there, and so excited there is a Caribou in Hinckley!!! Sara (I think that was her name) went above and beyond to make the perfect drink for me. It was delicious!! Not too sweet and actually tasted like coffee. Very pleased with this Caribou. As far as the complaints I seen on here all I can say is that almost every Caribou does the drinks a little differently I've noticed. I originally ordered the Coffee Cooler but ended up giving it to my husband because it was too sweet. I ordered another drink and just asked the girls and ended up with my new favorite drink. Just being kind goes a long way!!
Bomb ass coffee! Great service. Definitely recommend this place! Lil pricey but you pay for the quality.
