I went to this McDonald's frequently for lunch while I worked in the area. Always fast, friendly service, even during the lunch rush. Food was excellent, restaurant very clean.
This place is so unpredictable...just like any other mcdonalds...but whoever was the manager on 12-9-17 was running the worst possible...they were unde staffed with the worst customer service possible...I say In drive thru lane for about 15 minutes and only had 2 cars in front of me...such a big disappointment!!!
This McD's is always super slow when we visit--long waits to get our food after we order. Lots of customers standing around between the counter and restrooms waiting.
Nothing but extremely slow service. Typically not the correct order, or change given. And, prices are higher than most other McDonald's.
I'm not sure about the other lower ratings but this McDonald's is highly efficient, clean and modern in its design model. The prices are also very low. We came on Labor Day weekend so I assume this is "go time". Very impressed!
