Very friendly front desk clerk. The hotel could use a fresh coat of paint and new carpeting. The bathroom in our room was very clean and looked like it had been updated but not the sleeping room. We reserved a non-smoking room but I could tell that there had been smoking permitted in the room at one time and they have tried to deodorize it. Overall not horrible but could feel cleaner with some updates.
Bottom line if you smoke a lot and don't watch TV there you go.
DON'T use there hair dryers there like a heat gun will burn you .sevice desk they dont tell you ANYTHING about the place just hand you your
Key. My heater wouldn't turn out just keep getting Hoter in the middle of the night .turn it off then on.
First the hallways smell really bad like cigarettes butts. Only one microwave for the whole lbs. Don't plan on watching much TV if it works good luck finding anything
It was a nice stay!!! Very very friendly n helpful staff!! Swimming for kids till 11pm and even better adults can enjoy the hot tub n pool to themselves till 1am...Breakfast is ok just donuts muffins n toast.. Would definitely go back!!! Again n again!!!!-
Mom and I stayed here over the weekend in September. Upon check in noticed room was filthy, bedding dirty sheets dirty, floor not vacuumed garbage still in can in bathroom hair on shower wall, a thick film in coffee pot. My mom contacted the front desk and reported her concerns the front desk gal was rude but stated she would move our room. We grabbed our bags and went to the next room. It was even worse than the first one. My mom then asked for a set of clean sheets and clean bedding directly from the gal at the front who was even more rude at this point. We stripped the bedding and we put our on own "clean" bedding on and got a restless night of sleep. Upon check out when we went to pay the bill we noticed there had not even been a discount. When asked the front desk lady the same one from the night before stated she did a 5.00 free play at the casino. WTH!!!!!! So disappointed! Will never be back!!!
The location is nice, right next to a movie theater, slightly out of the main drag of the town and away from the casino. Shuttle service is excellent for bringing you straight to the casino
